After payment I will contact
1. QiScreen: Create your personal video from the TCM meridian point of view and send it to you by e-mail.
2. QiTalk: Arrange an appointment with you. This takes place by phone or preferably as a video call.
3. QiAtsu: Make an appointment with you.
4. QiGong:
Presence: payment can be made in cash on site.
Online: Send you the invitation link for the online session.
2. Conditions for the Cooperation
In principle, it is agreed in the work with me that the participant is aware that my offered services do not replace medical and / or psychotherapeutic work. The participant confirms with his participation in my services that he is aware of the personal responsibility and expressly agrees that the use does not include medical and / or psychotherapeutic treatment and in no way replaces such.
3. Discretion and Confidentiality
Content exchanged during consultations and meetings is subject to the strictest discretion and confidentiality. Likewise, no birth data of third parties will be used without their explicit consent.
I undertake to maintain unlimited confidentiality towards third parties about all private matters of my clients that become known in the course of my work, even after the termination of the cooperation.
Furthermore, I undertake to carefully store the documents provided for the purpose of the consulting activity (e.g. records of conversations) and to protect them against inspection by third parties. Office employees have access to documents, these are also subject to secrecy and discretion.
4. Prices, Terms of Payment
(1) Prices are shown to clients as gross prices.
(2) The invoice will be sent to the client by e-mail in the form of a PDF document. The invoice amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice and is payable to Georg Gert Wotsch within 7 days.
5. Right of withdrawal for consumers
(1) As a consumer, you have a right of revocation in accordance with the instructions listed in the appendix.
(2) The revocation period begins with the conclusion of the contract. The contract is concluded at the moment you receive the confirmation email about your booking by me.
(3) For services that are provided within the 14-day cancellation period, you waive your right of cancellation.
(4) In the case of digital content / products, with the development of which I begin immediately after receipt of payment, you waive the right of withdrawal due to you.
(5) If the booking is cancelled within 14 days and payments have been made for several sessions, you are only entitled to a pro-rata refund of your costs. Services already rendered will then be deducted from the refund on a pro rata basis.
6. Cancellation on the part of Move Free
(1) I am entitled to cancel a service if I fall ill at short notice and no substitute can be provided.
(2) In the aforementioned case we will first try to find a replacement date. If this is not possible, you will be refunded the participation fee. Further costs, such as any accommodation and travel expenses incurred by you, will not be covered.
7. General notes on cooperation
(1) Consultation is based on cooperation.
(2) Participation requires a willingness to learn on one's own responsibility. I cannot promise any particular success for these processes. I am only a process facilitator and give hints and recommendations. The implementation and the making of decisions are up to you alone.
8. limitation of liability
(1) I am liable for intent and gross negligence. Furthermore, I am liable for the negligent breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely.
(2) Data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times according to the current state of technology. In this respect, I am not liable for the constant and uninterrupted availability of the offer.
(3) All mentioned limitations of liability also apply to my vicarious agents.
9. final provision
(1) The terms and conditions written here are complete and final. Changes and additions to these terms and conditions should, in order to avoid ambiguities or disputes between us about the respective agreed content of the contract, be made in writing - whereby e-mail (text form) is sufficient.
(2) Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the remainder of the contract. The scope of services agreed in the provision shall then be adjusted to the legally permissible extent.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
